No reason for a picture, but I use a standard size pink 20-sided when I am GM for my HackMaster sessions.
Every time I fish for it out of my big box o'dice just prior to combat, I hold it up high and my players exclaim: "Ohhhh noooo!, The Pink Die of Death!"
