Assuming no ladder, which wasn't mentioned in the description, Mighter hangs from the edge and drops into the room.
(25' minus 5' for hanging minus 10' for a jump -> 10' fall onto, assuming, stone. Need to beat a 1 per the Falling Damage rules or take d3 damage/PoF.
1d4 rolled for a total of: 3 (3))
Mighter rolls out of the way and Caster follows suit
1d8 rolled for a total of: 3 (3)
