RE: Your last movie? - Oedipussy Rex - 12-14-2014 Guardians of the Galaxy I AM GROOT. (I am/groot) RE: Your last movie? - Oedipussy Rex - 01-14-2015 Wes Anderson marathon last night: Moonrise Kingdom (2012), The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014), and Rushmore (1998). You know what, I like Wes Anderson flicks. Even those that others hate. (5/5) all around. It had been awhile, so I tracked it down. imdb rates Malone slightly higher than Heat. I'm not sure I agree with that assessment. RE: Your last movie? - Kersus - 02-02-2015 I got it confused with Michael Mann's film of the same name but ended up quite enjoying it. Recently watched "Man of Tai Chi" http://m.imdb.com/title/tt2016940/ by Keanu Reeves. It was far better than I expected. RE: Your last movie? - Kersus - 02-25-2015 Watched Amazing Spider-Man 2 again. It still gives me tingles. RE: Your last movie? - Kersus - 02-28-2015 Watching John Wick again. Such a perfect action flick. I don't think I ever thought I could become a fan of Keanu Reeves. RE: Your last movie? - Kersus - 03-03-2015 Expendables 3 Meh. The UFC chick was surprisingly good. The first two thirds of the movie were painful but the climactic battle was fun. It felt a bit like they tried really hard to give each actor "character development" time which slowed things down a lot. It struggled at times but if you can find something to distract you for awhile, it's a nice background movie. It may actually have been Arnold's best since his return to acting. 3/5 RE: Your last movie? - Kersus - 03-24-2015 Uh, Justice League New Frontier I think it was called. It was okay. 3/5 Good voice acting, nice old fashioned animation, decent core plot. Based on a graphic novel I haven't read. RE: Your last movie? - Kersus - 03-26-2015 Seventh Son I quite enjoyed it. The world was simple but fun. The acting and screenplay was entertaining although some effects sub-par. I'm not sure if it will be any good on repeated viewings but I was quite happy with this first viewing. 4/5 |
